Keep Calm and Clear UPSC Exam

Union Public Service Commission conducted the UPSC exam every year to recruit eligible candidates for various positions. Interested and eligible candidates apply for this exam by filling out the application form. The application form is released online at the official website of UPSC. The application form must be filled with the correct information otherwise the application will be rejected. The details required to fill out the application form are the candidate’s name, educational qualification, scanned copy of photo and signature, etc. After the completion of the application procedure, admit card is issued to the eligible candidates for writing the exam. Three stages are involved in the selection process prelims, mains, and interview. Candidates have to qualify each of the three stages to be shortlisted for any of the posts that are vacant.

To prepare for the examination, candidates can either join any coaching which is done by most of the candidates or can go for self-study. It is advisable for candidates to make handwritten notes so that they can revise the study materials easily. Cover current affairs on daily basis as about 50% of questions in the exam are directly based on it. Apart from that, there are questions about aptitude, reasoning, comprehension, etc. Candidates can get command over these subjects by practicing more and more questions. For theoretical subjects, more and more revision is the key to mastering the topics. Along with this, they should practice writing for the mains examination so that they do not face difficulty in the examination hall. They can also avail the test series available online to understand the question pattern and to check their preparation level.

Know All About IAS Exam 2022

IAS Exam 2022 process is ongoing to recruit candidates for civil services posts available under the Government of India. The application form along with the notification was released on 2 February 2022. The last date to submit the application form was 22 February 2022. Union Public Service Commission conducted the prelims examination on 5 June 2022. It was a pen-paper examination conducted for two papers namely General Studies Paper I and General Studies Paper II. Further, the Main examination is going to be conducted on 16 September 2022. Candidates who have qualified Preliminary examination are eligible for appearing in the main examination.

After the Main examination, the interview will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates. The schedule for the interview will be released soon after the conclusion of the main examination. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination, mains examination, and interview will be considered by the concerned authorities for preparing the merit list to shortlist the candidates. However, CSAT is a qualifying paper in the prelims examination. Hence, marks scored in this paper will not be considered. The date to announce the result is not available as of now. It will be released online. To check the result, candidates have to visit the official website of UPSC. The details required to check the result are the application number and password.
