When I first moved into my college dorm, I was expecting to meet a normal human roommate. Little did I know that I would be living with a gumiho, a mythical creature from Korean folklore.
Meeting My Roommate
My first impression of my roommate was that she was quite mysterious. She had an air of mystery around her and I could feel a strange energy emanating from her. She had a faint smile on her face and her eyes seemed to be looking at something far away. I knew that she wasn’t a normal person, but I had no idea what she was.
Living with a Gumiho
Living with a gumiho has been an interesting experience. She has the ability to shape-shift, so sometimes I come back to my dorm room to find that she has changed her form. She also has the power to control animals, so there are often strange creatures in our room like foxes or birds.
I’ve also learned a lot about Korean folklore from her. She loves to tell me stories about the various creatures and gods of Korean mythology. It has been a fascinating journey discovering this world of myth and legend.
My roommate also has a strange habit of eating a lot of food. She can eat an entire meal in a single bite! I’ve had to get used to her appetite, but it’s all part of living with a gumiho.
My roommate may be a mythical creature, but she is also an amazing friend. She has taught me a lot about Korean culture and has been a great companion. I am so glad that I get to live with a gumiho!
